At Colognes, we want you to find your perfect signature scent; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your fragrance in its original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Fragrance

  Carefully place the unused bottle in its original designer box and use protective padding to ensure the glass remains intact during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the seal and condition of the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
